ISSUES THAT CAN BE ADDRESSED IN THERAPY:
Chronic illness or other medical concerns
Relationship issues and conflict
Coping with difficult life changes
Grief and loss
Making the decision to begin psychotherapycan be difficult, and finding a therapist that's right for you is an important step. My therapy style involves, first and foremost, working to help you feel safe and supported as you go through the therapy process. We will work together to identify, understand, and then address the issues that are causing you trouble in your life.

Psychotherapy services are often covered by health insurance, if you have a billable diagnosis. If you do have health insurance that covers psychotherapy, but prefer to not use your insurance, I also have a self-pay option.
If you and your partner are experiencing a lot of conflict and emotional distress, you might decide that it's time to seek some outside assistance. In couples therapy, relationship issues are the focus rather than the individual concerns. We will work together to identify, understand and then address the issues that are causing relationship conflict and emotional distress.
